It is a pleasure to welcome Paulina Godlewska to the IFBT staff as Project and Membership Coordinator.
Paulina was born and raised in Poland where from an early age she was developing her love for physical activity. After finishing the chapter of competitive hammer throwing, she began studying “Practical Linguistics and Copywriting” at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland.
Paulina’s biggest passion is sports volunteering. She started by helping with organizing local running events in her hometown, and then in the search for challenges, she ended up volunteering during events such as The World Games, European Beach Handball Championships, WorldPride & EuroGames and Copenhagen Half Marathon.
After graduation, she managed to combine her passions for sports volunteering, traveling, marketing and working with people by joining the European Solidarity Corps program as a Membership Community Coordinator at the ISCA – International Sports and Culture Association in Copenhagen, and by participating in numerous Youth Exchanges and Training Courses as a part of the Erasmus + program.
Currently, Paulina is a content creator who promotes ethical volunteering, inclusion in sport and EU programs in social media and who is constantly looking for new and interesting forms of physical activity.
